We have been experiencing an unusual amount of outages in recent months due to our IDC carriers’ loss of power, slow response time and outages. We would like to take this opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you and to inform you that we are working on making some changes that will provide a more dependable hosting service to meet your needs.We will be moving our host platform to a more dependable carrier who can provide us with uptime 99% of the time. We are doing this so that we may be able to provide you with the best possible service available. During this transition you may experience some downtime. Please be advised that we are doing this to create a more reliable service for your business needs and we ask that you be patient with us during this time to allow these changes.
